P2A: Speed, Strength & Conditioning Series

P2A-SSC will be intense full body workout series mixing bodyweight, cardio, cone drills, hill running, and stair climbing exercises in a variety of patterns and combinations. The Boot Camp Series will be 4 sessions long.

OVERVIEW:

WHO Open to anyone 6 years and older.
This workout series is being offered to both kids and adults and is something the whole family
is able to get involved in! (Just make sure everyone who will participate registers)
WHEN Saturday mornings from 9am – 10am

– Saturday, November 5th
– Saturday, November 12th
– Saturday, November 19th
– Saturday, December 3rd
– No workout Thanksgiving weekend (Nov 26th)

Each workout is 1 hour. All workouts will be outside. Dress for the weather
